At Clarke Electric Cooperative, we believe in the power of small acts to create big results. Through Operation Round-Up, our members have generously contributed $112,529 just by rounding up their monthly bills to the nearest dollar.
The program funds critical projects led by local nonprofits, civic groups, and emergency services, and it helps families recover from devastating events.
That loose change has gone a long way:
• $86,096 invested back into local communities | • 40 grants awarded across Clarke, Decatur, Lucas, Union, Wayne, and Warren counties |
• $36,240 ready to support future needs |
Community projects funded:
• Forklift for Cross Ministries | • CPR dummies for the Woodburn Fire Department |
• Playground at Little River | • Protective gear for Clarke County EMTs |
• Concession stands in Allerton & Murray | • Splashpad in Chariton |
• Security door for a local daycare |
Member Families Supported:
• 3 families recovering from house fires | • 3 families affected by serious accidents |
Thanks to you—our participating members—this program continues to make a lasting impact. Without your support, none of this would be possible.
