If you are moving to a location on Clarke Electric Cooperative's service territory, you will need to fill out a membership application along with a Start Service Form including your new address.
How to Transfer a Service
If you are moving within the Clarke Electric Cooperative service territory, you do not need to fill out the membership application, but you will need to fill out a Start Service Form.
How to Stop a Service
If you need to stop service (moving out of our service territory) or do not require re-connection elsewhere, you will need to fill out a Stop Service Form.
